Love this mat.... with all my heart!
This mat is the best one I have ever practiced yoga with. It does not slip, stays in place. and is comfortable on the body and I feel very sure footed when doing my balance part of my yoga. I love the fact it is longer a bit wider then most mats I have seen on line. It has no latex which I like and no smell like other mats get after constant use. I highly recommend for the beginner and the advanced yoga. I know where I am going to get my yoga mats from now on! Walmart spot on!
