Well made surprising for the low price -- Using 1-1/2" ID conduit which just puts the pulley about 9' off the ground considering the angles. Works well for the On Time Feeder small barrel -- deer and wild turkeys llike the twice a day feeding treat --

Well constructed - Great for making a deer feeder

Although advertised as a part for a deer hangar, I bought this tripod head to make a deer feeder. I separately bought three 12' long , 1 1/4” steel pipes and will hang a Moultrie 30 gallon feeder and motor unit on a cable from the included sheave. I will install a cable winch on one leg. The tripod head is a thick steel plate with three attached short pipes, all of which are sturdy with good welds to the plate and painted for corrosion resistance. We have similar feeders using plastic pickle barrels and motor units. Then we add 6 volt solar chargers on the feeder barrels. Reasonable price, too. I am pleased with the tripod head. Needed to deter Bear vandalism.

Helps Lift Large Weights.

Well Designed Tripod. Paired with a pulley set and 10' steel pipes I was able to singlehandedly build a Railroad Tie Shooting backstop.
