Comfortable, High-End, and Well-Ventilated
Comfortable, easy to assemble, highly adjustable, with a few minor caveats. Assembly was mostly straightforward, though the chair leg tubes didn't slide smoothly into the base at first. When connecting the top and bottom sections, it's easiest to place the top part upside down. The chair offers a good range of adjustments, including the headrest and three fixed recline angles. The recliner is designed specifically for picking one of those fixed angles, it won't work well as a rocking mechanism. The lumbar support automatically adjusts its angle, though it isn't otherwise customizable. Even so, I find it quite comfortable. The mesh on both the seat and back feels quite good. It improves airflow and comfort over long sessions. The armrests offer more adjustment options than I personally need, and as other reviewers have mentioned, they rotate a bit too easily when bumped, which may be annoying for some users. The wheels work well on hard floors, but the chair is difficult to move on carpet. I'd recommend using a plastic floor mat if you're placing it on carpet. Overall, I'm satisfied with the chair.

Amazing chair
Honestly I was expecting a decent chair for the price tag, but even I didn't expect the pure amount of quality and intentionality that went into something to simply sit on. It conforms to my body almost on its own, I no longer get sore from sitting too long because the suspension mesh equally distributes my weight. It has so many adjustable options it can be great for gaming, office work, and the big guys too. I am satisfied entirely with this product.
Well built and comfortable chair, took a few days to get used to. can really feel the support on my back. Have a herman miller aeron at work and i think for most people this is the better choice considering the huge price difference. i wish they give the leg rest like the chinese version does
