Truly Non-Stick.

I have had to make a lot of changes because of a senior who is having gall bladder issues. It is recommended to bake everything. Taste wise thats not really feasible. I have moved from. frying to the griddle I bought from Walmart. I think that's what it is called it is flat. This surprisingly is pretty much non stick.. In fact it's commiserate with the non- stickiness of oil. There also seems to be a lot in the can because I am very generous.

This one tastes more like butter, to me. It does have a low smoke point, but I don't care. The taste is the most important. I spray it on toast and potatoes, besides just cooking withit.
