The box arrived very quickly with the phone wrapped in a protective sleeve and then bubble wrapped again .. as this is my third phone purchased, I was not surprised by this attention to detail. The mini looks (cosmetic-wise) perfect and is without a scratch or blemish. It was already updated with the newest iOS, as well.

Really like the compact size as I use for phone, text, and music. Other stuff I do on big computer at home. Arrived quickly and in good looking condition. Only problem I had was transferring items from old phone, turned out it was the difference in SIM card sizes. Went to my provider and they had me going in less than 5 minutes.
