Good product awful service

This is a great item for the price, unfortunately the employees at this particular store were rude and dismissive and I spent over an hour 1/2 trying to get information, but was either hung up on or purposely hung up on after 2 rings because they could see my phone number. I finally spoke with an employee in a different department who in turn got me to a manager and got my order checked on. Worse service I've ever had from any store in over 60 years. As far as online service and customer service, awful.
