I love this shampoo but what I got was an empty box!! They had not taped the box shut for shipping with USPS.. Since I bought it thru Walmart I was told it was from a third party so they took no responsibility for it. I sent a message to the Company but got no response. I had to deal with USPS and file a domestic claim which was not easy or fast. I will stick with Amazon who responds to their buyers in situations like this.
