Dual blue barium sulfate strands are attached to the moisture-retentive pads for easy detection under X-ray equipment. Our 100% cotton laparotomy sponges undergo a vacuum de-linting process that ensures problem-free use by minimizing loose threads and lint. Each sterile sponge measures 18 inches x 18 inches.
