High waisted. Most scrubs I come by fit a bit larger. I ordered a small and it fit like a medium (I expected that). I'm typically a medium, so ordering a small was perfect. Quality seems like it will hold up great. A little long in leg length (do to high waist)

Amazingly soft!

I ordered these bottoms in size XS, ceil blue. Pretty color and sooooo amazingly soft!!!!!! The pants flare at the bottom with ankle slits, which look great with my clogs. They are so comfortable that I am planning to order a pair to lounge in around my house!! Finally, a pair of scrub bottoms that look flattering and feel great! Did I mention how soft they are ? Love the fit

Im a bit of a bigger girl but I always find the cargo pants to fit perfectly. I love these becuase they are cargo with the extra pockets and they make me look good also they are very breathable even thought they are scrub material and working 16-18 hour shifts you can get hot even in the best scrubs but not these.
