This infrared blanket is great! We weren't sure how good it would be since it's so much cheaper than most online but we've used it several times already and love it. The highest setting is very hot and will make you pour the sweat. The lower settings are good if you just want a comfortable infrared heat. It does feel like the high heat loosens up your muscles which is what we really needed it for. With a $12 3 year warranty it was highly worth a cheap blanket that does a great job.
