Best for comfort and value

The item is excellent and a very good value for money. It takes a while for the item to reshape it's form due to packaging but overall, my daughter says, it is comfortable and it kinda hug her when she lay down and it supports her body in whatever position she is on. The only draw back is the shipping. The item arrived late as scheduled. One time according to tracking, the item is already in Ohio, then the next day when I check the tracking it says that the item is on it's way to New Jersey. I understand that due to weather and holiday season shipping might be affected but what I'm concerned about is that too much handling of the item might caused some breakage to the packaging. I am just glad that the item arrived still intact although couple corners of the packaging was torn.
