Buffalo Titanium Grey IH SMART COOKER, Rice Cooker and Warmer, 1.8L, 10 cups of rice, Non-Coating inner pot, Efficient, Multiple function, Induction Heating (10 cups)

We've been buying Zojirushi rice cookers for a long time, but our growing concern over forever chemicals meant we cannot buy another one as they all have non-stick pan's. This is 1 of the main reasons we bought this buffalo, very solid stainless steel pan. We are also used to Induction Heating, so cannot go back to only the bottom of pan being heated. I have to say the Zojirushi, had more rice settings but luckly for us, to get our fave "soft" rice we found using "Grain" setting and water level, in about 1h of cooking time (1.5c) gets the rice nice, fluffy and soft as our Zojirushi did. Also most Zoji's I see these days are much more expensive than this. As such we are very happy with our purchase, has all the good things we want and none of the bad!
