Great customer service!!

Unfortunately due to shipping my bench was damaged. I made a quick phone call and within minutes my bench was re-ordered and is on its way. Great customer service. FedEx has a lot to be desired. I have ordered multiple items From other places and they have all shown up broken. All shipped by FedEx!

Montauk Queen Bed

We waited until completion of our Master Suite renovation to order. The quality was worth the wait for our furniture. With a 3 day delivery and prompt missing part replacement we are happy. Assembly of product was explained well in directions with pics. Thanks for great customer service.
