I have slept on curry for the most part but have always enjoyed it when I did try it every blue moon. One day I decided to try making it at home and used this product and it is so delish!!! I now make this very often in my home; it's so easy to use and smells fantastic too! It does stain so use a bowl/dishware you don't really care about.

it is the VERY CLOSEST to authenticity .. Perfect flavor. if u really want to make it more authentic, just add the veggie condiments thing and i always put hot chilly while boiling and then crushed with spoon when done, mixed it. omg yum ! .. lived in bkk for 2.5 yrs eating street food. YUM.

The curry sauce has a very good flavor, and is versatile- I have used it as a sauce to serve with chicken, rice, and vegetables,. It's also been an excellent base to add flavor to my copycat version of Panera's Thai chicken soup, along with chicken broth and a can of coconut cream. Yum!
