Soft and warm thermal set

I've been looking for some warm thermal layers for cold nights, and these are perfect. They are very soft and thin but extremely warm. They're thick enough to wear on their own. There's a slit pocket in the back waistband of the pants for a phone, but it was not long enough for my iPhone 12. For reference, I am 5'5”, 120lbs and wearing a small.
