The price of gluten free anything is too high. If you are leaving out an ingredient, the price should be lower not higher. The gluten free elbow pasta is delicious. I make enough for one meal, but serve it two different ways. The first way is just adding butter/oleo to the serving. The second serving is to add shredded cheddar cheese to the cooked macaroni and zap it about a minute. You have regular Mac and cheese. Again, cold gluten free pasta doesn't taste well. I try to fix and eat only what I can consume in the one meal.
