Great product

I use milk thistle to help control my blood sugars. As an added bonus it also keeps my liver enzymes within normal ranges, even though I take a NSAID 3 times a day for my arthritis. This company has always arrived within a few days after I put my order in.

Great Supplement for Liver Support

I've been taking this for years. I started when taking a RX that was hard on the liver. Milk Thistle drasticslly reduced my liver enzymes, so it works. This brand works, I've taken some that didn't. My blood work proved to me this is a great supplement. Although I don't take that RX anymore, I still take Milk Thistle. The liver has a lot of work to do.

Seems to Work Well

This milk thistle is easy to take. The capsules are not big at all. I believe it's working to help my liver process toxins as I don't seem to have as much pain under my rib cage while taking it.
