[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been hearing the benefits of Berberine on cholesterol and blood sugar and was excited to try this. It definitely helped me with regularity with bowel movements. I had less sugar cravings and I will say I even feel like it made my mood better. I didn't experience any side effects. I'm excited to see my bloodwork next month to see if it had an effect on it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really have no complaints about these, after taking them for a couple of weeks I can really feel that they alleviate symptoms of SIBO. I'm especially happy that each serving is only one capsule, so this bottle will last about two months. The pills are flavorless (in a good way) and go down easily, they work as intended, and I haven't experienced any adverse effects. Very happy to have them and can easily recommend them.
