Very durable and fits well in my home gym

Well-made wheel with a hard smooth inner ring and a soft spongy textured outer ring. Firm, not soft, and supports up to 210#. Great for back stretches and other wheel exercises. Very durable and fits well in my home gym. Need to use it more long-term to assess pain relief benefits, but overall recommended.

Superbly cool

Just got this today, and I'm seriously impressed. This device has the potential to change lives. If you've spent a lifetime bending over, whether at work or elsewhere, you might have some disc issues. Short of pricey chiropractic adjustments, this could offer relief. Not claiming to be a doctor, but for folks like me who've been in construction, this could be a godsend.. Rarely give 5-star reviews, but this one earns it.

This one is a solid choice.

I ordered the largest size in pink, and it looks just like the pictures, sturdy and of good quality. If you're in the market for a yoga wheel, this one is a solid choice. Update: I loved the big wheel so much that I ordered the smallest one as well, and it's equally impressive! The smaller diameter allows for a better arch in my lumbar area. Highly recommended.
