I happened to find this brand after watching a Youtuber Bobby Parrish who recommended this brand. I caught the flu from my daughter, I'm the type who refuses to take medication unless necessary. But I was on day 2 of the flu. I had bodyaches, fever, everything... I took this 1x, and I was able to nap. I was breaking out in sweats for 4 hours napping. When I woke up, I stopped having a fever, and my bodyaches stopped. I didn't have to take more afterward because I no longer developed a fever or bodyaches afterward.
