Great looking envelope, but it peels.

I have had to tape all of the edges to prevent the envelope from peeling and the edges from splitting. I have spent hundreds of dollars buying the #10 and flat envelopes from Jam. It's too bad I have to tape up all of the envelope. It takes me about 30 seconds to tape each one and I have to tape 50 at a time.
