Not really non-stick

I did not read the fine print where it says this is for removing a cooked pizza from your pizza stone to the table. This is aluminum and you still need to use corn meal to prevent the pizza dough from sticking to the peel to put in your oven or in my case on a pizza stone. Back to to the tried and true wood pizza peel.
