Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Betr Remedies brand and that they do not contain as much chemicals and are more natural. I had never tried the sleep aid and I use other brands regularly and I loved how well and quickly this worked, and with no effects. It helped me sleep through the night, without waking up feeling groggy.

Awesome product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this recently and I am very pleased with the results. I have trouble with other sleep aids but with this one I didn't have any lasting effects the next day. It helped me fall asleep but didn't leave me sleepy the next day.

Jet-lag anyone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Betr brand Sleep aid contains 25 milligrams of diphenhydramine HCI in each caplet. So on nights that I feel particularly sleeplessness I do take two caplets about twenty minutes before bed. These caplets are relatively small and each one is a distinctive blue color with a identifying number to match it. I have not had a problem with these and I do look forward to keep using them when I know that I will need them as directed.
