True to size, but the hood is way too big!

I bought this hoodie, and I’m sad to say I’m disappointed to say the least. The size is try to fit however the hood is way too big! I can literally fit the hood over my helmet which is just ridiculous. Anyway if you interested in this hoodie be aware of the hood being way too big!
