This was a good drink, i use the pre workout drinks to help my adhd that is difficult to manage with just plain caffiene, and the ingredients in here definitely help with my focus, energy, motivation and actually helped my constant hunger i noticed too. was going to return it at first when i seen the amount of the himalayan pink salt, but its not that bad as long as i didnt eat too much salt else where it didnt cause the water weight look. I just had to stay conscious of my salt intake since im not always sweating when i drink this it wasnt a necessary thing for me to add extra salt to my diet.
