Tried this one right after using their sport edition for a month; The caffeine amount is good but really high so you got to keep in mind what you consume in the rest of the day. I usually mix it with other supplements that numb the taste - the "spice" taste from this product is all that remains in the mix and not recommended (for mixing with other supplements) - as a standalone it does taste good with a hint of spiciness that not all would get used to. Overall I feel that this is an advanced pre workout and not for everyone, supplies everything you need for your training session (even for those early in the morning)
