My husband had out together the table and 3 chairs with minimal issues, but when he got to the last chair he saw that we had 3 back legs and only 1 front leg. I contacted Hayneedle to see if a replacement piece could be provided. They responded within 30 minutes, but unfortunate, I was told that it could not. They gave me a nice discount and I did end up keeping the dining set. My husband did get the leg to work with a little altering. The set is very nice and seems sturdy. 3.5 stars for the inconvenience, but Hayneedles customer service gets a 5.
