Shipping was fast. Everything was packaged very well. It would have been nice if the hardware pieces were labeled, but it's not too difficult to figure out. Product quality was good for the price paid. It's not a real big set, but it works great for smaller spaces. I recommend a mallet to your list of tools needed to tap in the wood screw covers that go on the back of the chairs as well as some wood dowel pins that are used between the seat and frame. Customer service answered an email question very quickly.
