Spare Tire relocation

This relocation kit is perfect when upgrading to 35's or 37's. The biggest problem I read before installing it is the door not alignment. The instructions say use the plastic spacer's but the kit doesn't have any spacers. So I used some wooden shims like you use for installing house doors. Put a couple on each end under the door and on each side. Then use masking or duct tape at all 3 locations. Then the door stays exactly where it's supposed to be. The rest is easy. Purchase the brake light extension as you will need it if installing bigger tires. The other benefit is the trailer hitch. With the stock setup your trailer tongue hits the spare tire This fixes that problem!
