it's great but you have to use twice a day every day change your socks everyday Use after showering when your feet are dry. you will feel relief within a couple days but to get rid of the fungus use for two weeks on your feet and then rub your feet together rubbing your toes in between your other toes to get it in between the medication between your other toes and the crevices
