Sheet pan is heavy and I like that. Without using any type of non-stick oil spray, I lined the sheet pan with parchment paper and my cookies came out perfect. Seems to heat throughout the pan evenly not causing any darker scorch marks on the bottom of the cookies. Keeping this beauty!

The Hard Anodized Aluminum Skillet Twin Pack is a wonderful addition to any kitchen. Love the fact that I could get 2 quality pans for a great price. Perfect combination of value & quality cookware. Also, the unique ridges at the bottom of the pan make sure oil doesn't make puddles & everything cools evenly. Would recommend!
