Missing Product

The plates arrived in a VERY well packed box. In fact it was so well packed that upon opening the box at the store for inspection of the items, the store clerk and I both agreed it would be simpler to inspect them at home and simply return them if there was a problem. Mistake! When I got home and went to inspect the plates, I found only four, not twelve, plates wrapped in bubble wrap amidst all the packing material. Walmart was prompt to issue a refund without any problem. However, I was sorely disappointed to not have received the set of twelve plates I was looking forward to.

I ordered 12 dinner and 12 salad plates. I was so excited when I opened these they were just what I wanted. I had a large dinner party and most of the plates would not lay flat. Every time someone cut their steak the plate would wiggle and make noise. My excitement to show off my new plates soon turned to jokes and my embarrassment. Walmart was super great with the return and made it very easy to me. The dishes look great, the size perfect, but they need better quality control on the workmanship before shipping to customers. I would not recommend these until this problem has been addressed.
