Bad WiFi. Great return policy

The laptop I received had a problem switching between airplane mode and WiFi automatically every 5-10 seconds. The customer support at joy systems was nice, but after 3 attempts to fix it, I decided to return the laptop. The return with Walmart was seamless. Easier than amazon really. Can't really complain too much since I didn't really lose anything other than my time. Would buy again because of the customer service and return policy, but they sold out of the one I wanted.
