Great book

First diet book that makes sense. Focus is more on how our hormones keep us alive. Explains how eating at the right time and right amount keeps hormones in balance. Understanding why sugar is harmful to bodies helps me to resist it. Easy read well worth the cost. I would encourage everyone to get a copy.
