Wash before initial use with warm, soapy water. Rinse and allow to dry completely before using. Remove cover to fill each compartment with desired number of vitamins or supplements. Replace cover when done filling. Customize each compartment using the pre-printed and blank labels. To dispense vitamins or supplements, turn cover to desired compartment, open dispensing cap and tip to dispense.Close cover securely after each use.

These are so much more convenient than refilling daily organizers. They are very easy to fill and turn the lid, unlike others brands we’ve had to return. My daughter even requested one to use for her mini candies (mms, chocolate chips) which I thought was funny. Only thing is, it doesn’t state that the color varies (we received blue and green).
