This product was all in pieces. I went page by page of the instructions to ensure we put it all together correctly. All the parts and pieces were all their and every piece fit perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better instruction guide and it is all wood. Very nice and even the compartments for storage are just what is needed to make a small dinning area look nice. If you want to add wood glue to the pegs you could but it's not mandatory. I say in all, if you can read instructions you will have no problems with this Nook.
