A versatile rope for freestyle and fitness jumping. The Fit+ (formerly known as our Pro Freestyle rope) is an all-around fitness and conditioning jump rope used by the pros and beginners alike. It features long 8"" handles that make freestyle and release moves much easier. - Unbreakable plastic handles with low profile grip tape. - Snap/lock system for easy and convenient resizing and cord replacement. - Used frequently in freestyle jumping competitions. - Handle: 8"" long / 1oz weight (each handle) / .9"" diameter at end / low profile grip tape Cord: 4mm PVC cord with string core can be used inside or outside on rough surfaces. Very durable. Easily replace PVC cord when it becomes worn, or customize your PVC cord color. See replacement PVC cords. Sizing: Comes with a 10 foot cord. Will fit anybody up to 6' 4"" tall. Snap/lock system makes adjusting length incredibly easy. Simply slide the adjustable end to the desired length and trim off the excess cord with some scissors.

Too light, not for free-style user
I love the design of the handle. But if you are a free-style rope jumper, pls avoid this product. It is way too light and can coil sometimes. You will find doing any double-under becomes super challenging because of its weight. Not recommended
