As an 83 yearold grandma and great grandma, Dr. Teal's Stress Relief body lotion has been a good sleep inducer for me...I've used other lotions that supposedly are stress reducers and sleep inducers which have worked - however, Dr. Teals has been a 5 star for certain since it helps me sleep through the night with the excption of a 1:30 A.M. bladder relief call and then it's good until 6:00 AM or longer.

I use this after showering with the body scrub in the same scent, and it is heavenly. It's not too heavy of a scent that I can smell it after it has dried down, which I like. If you like a more powerful scent, then it may not be for you. I can't say it does too much for hydration, though, but the invigorating ginger scent makes up for it.
