I think this item is perfect. Fits my neck area perfectly and it's very comfortable. Since I've gotten it I'm sleeping better and I haven't been waking up with headaches. I use to wake up every 2 hours with a standard pillow and I'd wake up with a migraine every day. I was miserable. Now I sleep great and no more headaches. Love this item I'd definitely recommend this pillow.

I have the pillow for a week and it does make different compare to my regular pillow. The pillow is not too heavy. It provide good support for the neck and head. It does smell when I opened the box; however the smell disappeared after a day or two. There is a pillow cover with zipper, so it will be easy to clean when needed.

At first I was hesitant to purchase it because I've never used a contoured pillow before, but ever since I bought this I never want to go back to a regular one! I never knew my neck was lacking so much support prior to this.On top of that, the foam has a somewhat cooling effect, which is awesome!
