As a switch title, it's subject to Nintendo's control scheme, which is a drawback, primarily in location of analogs opposed to the buttons, cause synchronizing issues when learning the game. Games' 4-track cause the user to have to jump a button on the left controller. Clarity of focus is all over the place, menus have the user accidentally crippling their gameplay with 1 accidental button press. If the user overcomes these issues, the game plays smoothly and edges up on the difficulty across tracks. The characters introduced in the intro offer no visible relation to the game. There is no real focus to how this game was put together outside it's core gameplay.
