Play Canada

Play Canada advertised a physical Nintendo switch game, (Residential Evil Revelations Collection) on Walmart.com. I purchased the game as a Christmas gift for my son. The game that was shipped to me was a digital download game, not a physical game as advertised. I have emailed the Play Canada twice and they will not respond. I received an email from Walmart after each email was sent to Play Canada stating that Walmart had asked Play Canada to contact me within 48 hours. I am way past 48 hours, and Play Canada will not respond. I am now emailing Walmart to inform them that Play Canada falsely advertised a physical game for sale %26 still has it listed as a physical game %26 will still will not respond to the emails I sent asking for the situation to be made right. DO NOT purchase from Play Canada and trust that you will get what you pay for. Their silence on this issue proves they cannot be trusted, nor can their listings be trusted. Companies with integrity %26 morales do not operate a business in this manner.
