Gaunt's Ghosts The Founding: A Gaunt's Ghosts Omnibus, (Paperback)

I purchased a book from BooksXpress in mid-April, with a delivery date of within 1-2 weeks. Over that time, they pushed the delivery date back to 4 weeks. Close to the 4 week mark, I emailed them to ask if they were actually sending out as I was getting impatient and worried that they would change the delivery date again. They emailed back that they will refund me. I responded that I didn't want a refund yet, just wanted to make sure it was shipping out soon. In response, they just canceled my order lol. Not sure what is wrong with this company. It seems like they know they don't have the items but just sell them anyway and kick the can down the road and keep your money as long as possible to float the cash they have. 10 days after they canceled, I still don't have my refund.
