Sports Research CLA Max is produced from Linoleic Acid (LA), which is part of a family of isomers found in CLA. CLA fatty acids are also known as CLA isomers. CLA is primarily found in select meats, dairy products, and other food items. And, since the body does not produce this fatty acid, it must be obtained through the diet or supplementation. Studies have shown that when dietary amounts of CLA are increased, CLA levels in body tissues increase, which can help maintain lean body mass. Bronsonís CLA MAX provides active CLA from safflower seed oil. In addition to being effective, research has also shown CLA to be safe when used as directed. Sports Research CLA delivers 1250 mg. of pure safflower seed oil, providing 95% active CLA per serving. Thatís a minimum of 4500 mg. of CLA from a four-capsule daily serving. For best results, take 1 softgel two times daily with meals as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle. CLA Max does not contain any central nervous system stimulants. Non-GMO. I received a complimentary sample of CLA 95% in exchange for my honest review. I really like this CLA supplement soft gel because it's easy to swallow and produces the best results I've seen. I use these every day I addition to my workouts and I've noticed definite results. My body is trimmer, and my waist and abdomen are smaller. I didn't believe that simply adding a supplement would change anything, but I was wrong! Derived from non GMO safflower oil it doesn't make me feel jittery or nervous. My husband and I both added this to our daily routine. I would definitely recommend this supplement.
