The black cover is fit with a unique, easy-to-use securing system involving velcro, buckles and straps to ensure 100 percent protection. Would be nice if it had some strings or snaps to connect the ends when used in the folded up position. Still, a good deal for the price.

Ok cover
I've had this cover for 1 year. You can use it with the table folded or flat. Folded there is Velcro the secure the sides. Flat there is no securing it to the table so any wind will flip up the sides. I put sticky Velcro under the table and secured the cover using the existing sewed Velcro on the cover. This worked fine until we got gusty winds. On the new cover I will use a long strip of Velcro for better securing and I will Add ties to the corners and secured the cover to the legs of the table. The material is super thin- but holds up in lite rain. We fold up the table in stormy conditions and cover it folded. After I year it will need to b replaced as mine is now faded and starting to rip from sun damage. The pic shows the damage and under the table Velcro.

JOOLA Tennis Table Cover
This is definitely not water proof. When the table is open, there is nothing to secure the ends from blowing in the wind. I was disappointed.
