Beautiful and Packaged with Care!

I just got my living room rug today, and right off the bat I'm impressed with how quickly it got here. The site warned me there may be delays due to all the craziness the winter storm brought on, but that didn't seem to play any role in this transaction :slightly_smiling: Second, I love the use of the caps on the ends of the rug - so adorably practical and appreciated! They looked like little booties or shower caps, but the company really ensured that the ends didn't get beaten up. Lastly, the rug looks great - it perfectly fits my motif and color scheme :blush: I shopped for WEEKS trying to find something that had "the look" I wanted for my new place. Finally, my search is over! It's slightly lighter than how it looked on my phone when browsing, but that's completely expected from any screen and it comes with the online shopping experience. I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but I felt this was important because I was really invested in the hunt, and also reviews on The Better Business Bureau site almost kept me away. I was just confirming that this was a legit site because I've fallen victim to an online site scam once - not fun. But I saw that the comments weren't really anything more than Karens not getting their way or being a general pain and doing what they do best! All of this to say: My experience was golden, would recommend!

Indecisive tightwad is very pleased!

The price was right so I took a chance-- and I love my rug! It's beautiful, looks fabulous in my room and feels good too. I'm impressed with the quality, it's soft and thick, the colors are on trend and it just freshens up my living room. I'm an indecisive and hesitant shopper, but I'm really happy with my purchase.

Excellent & GREAT Customer Service

I have purchased many Rugs from other companies & always have issues with the ends curling & The rug laying flat. When I unrolled this one I was worried about these issues. When I emailed Boutique Rugs, I got an immediate response, and after doing what they told me the rug lays out beautifully. Thanks SO much.
