I would say The Acer Aspire 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition needs a recall. The issue I'm having with the laptop is once you power on the device the unit steadily comes on but goes off simultaneously which causes the device to over heat and there is no Acer logo on the monitor display showing. It would also be nice for the Acer manufacturers to test their units before sending them out to the customers even with having purchased a warranty because you'll be accountable to resend the unit through FedEx and pay another costly shipping fee.

Dear Acer America, I am not review the Aspire 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition Laptop but your response to the 1-Star Review of a customer who bought this very laptop. Please address both items in the 1-Star Review, (a) the 19 months of the laptop sitting in a warehouse and (b) being shipped untested. I am writing this response on an Acer Aspire R7-572 (17-inch Touch Screen, etc.), I bought in 2014 and still works great, a few repairs, scratches and dents, but this 1-star review of the Aspire 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition Laptop makes me not want to buy another Acer laptop. What has happened to Acer's Quality Control ? Please advise and please convince me that you have a great Quality Control plan in place; i.e., do not make us, your customers, have to spend our time and money fixing your ‘new' products.
