This material is non-porous, waterproof, easy to clean and sterilize, and maintains its sharp cutting edge through heavy use, and its long-lasting material will not deteriorate or rust over time, unlike comparable metal options. These cutters can be widely used to create cookies, scones, pastries, tarts, and more. They are compatible in both the freezer and oven, with a resistance to temperatures ranging from -4°F to 482°F, and won’t deform or deteriorate over time. Rounded tops provide a comfortable grip and their naturally non-stick surface makes them easy to clean and avoids heavy greasing during use. NSF certified and dishwasher safe.
