Too tight and just not what I was expecting

I usually wear an XXL and I ordered this in XXXL, just in case. The XXXL fit more like an XL. The material is a heavy polyester, not breathable. My biggest issue is that I thought this was "block" material. The non-base colored areas are actually printed on, and obviously so. The "tan" is bright orange. Backside has no printing. Too tight and just not what I was expecting, returned.
