great unit, power glitch...

the computer is great looking and in good condition for a refurb. unfortunately, it keeps shutting down "due to low battery or no battery". battery is fully charged. don't know the cause, but I am going to contact the seller to ask for help. like unit alot and really need a working computer for my home and school. the computer is everything they say it is and more, except for the power issue....not sure what could cause that issue.
