I've tested with these strips alongside a popular digital ovulation kit for accuracy and the strips accurately detected my LH surge. No need to purchase the very pricey digital test sold in drugstores anymore as these strips give you an accurate double-bar reading if positive. Besides affordability, another advantage over the digital tests is that since the strips can show different gradations of color (i.e. faint lines, bolder lines), as you get closer to the time of your LH surge, you get more of a heads-up on when your most fertile days are approaching. Digital tests on the other hand only give you a "yes" or "no" answer, or a "high fertility" or "peak fertility" reading, and not a gradually increasing stronger line like the Pregmate strips to help you anticipate your LH surge better. Another plus is each individually sealed test strip is about the size and thickness of a business card, so you can stash as many as you need in your bag for as many days as you are traveling to easily continue fertility tracking while away. This convenient packaging also makes for less waste in the bathroom trash bin. Another benefit of the Pregmate test strips is that the test strip line results will start to appear right after wetting the strip, whereas digital tests take three to five minutes to display results on the screen, so you must either set a timer or remember to check back on the reading. Also digital test kits only contain test sticks for two to three cycles at most, so every other month or so you need to keep repurchasing the pricey kits that include the digital reader just to have enough test sticks even though the digital reader can be used over and over. Pregmate's instruction pamphlet is clear and easy to understand with helpful graphics and charts. If you misplace the pamphlet, you can also scan the QR code printed on the packaging of each sealed strip with your phone for instructions online.

These are the best ovulation strips that I have purchased! Instructions are simple and the lines are easy to read.I started testing from day 11 and saw faint test line every day but on day 16 the test line was much darker than the control line and it was a clear positive.I like that they are so affordable so you dont have to worry about testing twice a day if you have to!
